Septic Solutions, L.L.C. offers a variety of maintenance contracts to fit your needs. We are totally committed to providing our customers the best maintenance available. When you purchase a new aerobic system, it comes with a 2 year maintenance contact inlcuded in the purchase price. Texas law requires that all owners maintain a contract in force for the life of the system. You must submit the new contract to the permitting authority at least 30 days prior to the expiration of your current contract. BASIS PACKAGE:    $200.00 per year and includes:  Quarterly inspections as required by permitting authority.  Document findings and file inspection report with agency  Furnish copy to homeowner SILVER PACKAGE:    $265.00 per year and includes: Basic Package Plus On every quarterly inspection we will add chlorine to your system and microbes in needed. All packages are based on normal use. Anything other than normal use will be priced separately.  All packages are per year and are fees are due with contract. We have service technicians on call 7 days a week, including holidays.
